• 3. Appointment Management: Diet Baba may provide scheduling tools for appointments with nutritionists, dietitians, or other professionals. These tools are for convenience only, and Diet Baba is not responsible for the quality of any professional services rendered.

3. No Medical or Professional Advice

• 1. Informational Purposes Only: Any information provided on the Platform or through our services, including meal plans and dietary recommendations, is for informational purposes and does not constitute medical or healthcare advice.
• 2. Consult with a Professional: Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or health concerns before making dietary changes. If you experience any adverse symptoms, discontinue use of the Platform and consult a healthcare provider.

4. User Accounts

• 1. Account Creation: You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during the sign-up process and to keep this information up to date.

• 1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webfries IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (including its officers, directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
• 2. If any liability is found, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to us for the use of the Platform during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy (and any other legal notices published on the Platform), constitute the entire agreement between you and Webfries IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. regarding your use of the Platform.
